A Treasure Hunt can eat through your pickaxes before you've found much of anything. That's why the next square matters more than the speed of your taps. Each tool opens one tile, so treat every dig as a decision, not a reflex. If you're splitting your attention between digging and the Monopoly Go Partners Event, give each activity its own resource plan. On the excavation board, your first job is to locate an object. Once you've found part of it, stop searching elsewhere and work out where the remaining pieces should fit.
Search with a purpose
It's tempting to tap a corner and keep going across the row. Trouble is, that doesn't tell you much about the rest of the board. Try spaced starting points around the middle, then adjust your search to the shapes you're looking for. A checkerboard pattern can help with larger objects, but it isn't a promise of fewer misses on every layout. Small pieces can slip between those gaps. When something appears, pause. Look at its outline and likely direction before spending another tool. Nearby squares should now have a reason behind them.
Collect tools without chasing every reward
Running low doesn't mean you need to rush through more dice. Check which rewards are within reach first. Solo milestones and tournament milestones can supply useful bundles, while Quick Wins and the shop gift offer smaller opportunities during the event. The shop gift commonly refreshes every eight hours, so check its timer rather than guessing. A reward that's close may be worth pursuing; one that needs a huge amount of play might not be. Keep these checks simple.

Keep something back for tougher boards
An easy early board can make your tool supply look healthier than it is. Later layouts may need more searching, and a few empty squares soon add up. Don't spend your whole stock just because you're moving quickly. Leave yourself room for awkward shapes and uncertain placements. If a mole appears and clears extra tiles, use what it reveals to rethink the board. That's helpful information, not a reason to start tapping everywhere. A short pause often does more for your progress than another hurried dig.
Watch the clock before your last dig
There's a timing choice near completion. When the event offers three dice for each unused tool, leaving one tile over the last artifact can give you time to collect more tools before finishing. Check the event's conversion details first, and don't cut the deadline too close. Missing the main prize would undo the point of waiting. If you're also considering whether to buy Monopoly Go Partners Event Slots, keep that separate from your digging budget. Set a reminder, uncover the remaining tile with time to spare, and let eligible leftover tools convert.
