How to Factory Reset Chromecast, start by ensuring it's plugged into your TV. Hold down the small ****on on the side of the Chromecast for around 25 seconds. The indicator light will start blinking orange, then turn white. Release the ****on when the light turns white. Your Chromecast will then reset to its factory settings, removing all stored data and returning it to its original state.
