Hello everyone,
I'm hoping to get some advice on a major hurdle we're facing with our e-commerce store: a high cart abandonment rate. We're consistently seeing about 65-70% of our carts being abandoned, and it's a huge hit to our revenue.
We've already implemented the standard practices—sending follow-up emails with discounts, offering free shipping over a certain order value, and optimizing our checkout flow for mobile. However, we're not seeing the needle move as much as we'd like.

I'd like to ask the community: What are some less common but highly effective strategies you've used to reduce cart abandonment? Are there specific tools, UX/UI changes, or psychological triggers that have made a significant difference for your business? I'm looking for ideas beyond the typical "abandoned cart email" campaigns.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
