গুগল সার্চ ইঞ্জিনে ব্যবহারকারীরা কোনো তথ্য খুঁজলে সাধারণত বিভিন্ন ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা তথ্য দেখায় গুগল। সংক্ষিপ্ত তথ্যের সঙ্গে ওয়েবসাইটের ঠিকানা থাকায় ব্যবহারকারীরা সহজেই নির্দিষ্ট বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত তথ্য জানতে পারেন। ব্যবহারকারীদের আরও বেশি বিস্তারিত তথ্য জানার সুযোগ দিতে গুগল সার্চে যুক্ত হচ্ছে ‘পারস্পেকটিভস’ ফিল্টার। নতুন এ সুবিধা চালু হলে ওয়েবসাইটের পাশাপাশি রেডিট, টুইটার, ইউটিউবসহ বিভিন্ন সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে পোস্ট করা তথ্য সার্চ ফলাফলে দেখাবে গুগল। ফলে নির্দিষ্ট বিষয়ে এখনকার তুলনায় আরও বেশি তথ্য পাওয়া যাবে।

নতুন এ সুবিধা চালুর বিষয়ে এক ব্লগ বার্তায় গুগল জানিয়েছে, পারস্পেকটিভস ফিল্টারে ক্লিক করলে ওয়েবসাইটের তথ্যসহ ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারকারীদের আদান-প্রদান করা একই বিষয়ের ভিডিও, ব্লগ বার্তা, ছবি ও পোস্ট দেখা যাবে।

গুগলের তথ্যমতে, নতুন এ সার্চ পদ্ধতি চালু হলে শুধু ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা তথ্যের ওপর ভরসা করতে হবে না ব্যবহারকারীদের। শুধু তা-ই নয়, সার্চ ফলাফলের সঙ্গেই প্রশ্নের বিস্তারিত ফলাফল স্ন্যাপশট বা ছবি আকারে দেখা যাবে। ফলে যেকোনো বিষয়ে দ্রুত বিস্তারিত তথ্য জানার সুযোগ মিলবে।

নতুন এ ফিল্টার গুগল সার্চে ইমেজেস, ম্যাপস ও অন্যান্য ট্যাবের পাশে যুক্ত করা হবে। ফলে গুগলে কোনো কিছু লিখে অনুসন্ধানের সময় ফিল্টারটিতে ক্লিক করলেই ওয়েবসাইটের পাশাপাশি টুইটার, রেডিট, ইউটিউবসহ বিভিন্ন সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে থাকা পোস্টের তথ্য জানা যাবে। এরই মধ্যে নির্দিষ্ট ব্যবহারকারীদের এ সুবিধা পরখ করার সুযোগ দিচ্ছে গুগল। শিগগিরই নতুন এ সুবিধা সবার জন্য উন্মুক্ত করা হবে।

স্মার্টফোনের ক্যামেরা হ্যাক করে সাইবার হামলা চালানো হচ্ছে বলে সতর্ক করেছেন নর্ডভিপিএনের সাইবার নিরাপত্তাবিশেষজ্ঞ অ্যাড্রিয়ানাস ওয়্যারমেনহোভেন। তিনি জানান, এ হামলা চালানোর জন্য প্রথমে ম্যালওয়্যার প্রবেশ করিয়ে ফোনের ক্যামেরার নিয়ন্ত্রণ নেয় সাইবার অপরাধীরা। এরপর দূর থেকে ব্যবহারকারীদের ওপর গোপনে নজরদারি করতে থাকে। এমনকি ফোনের ক্যামেরা দিয়ে ব্যক্তিগত ছবি বা ভিডিও ধারণ করে ব্ল্যাকমেইলও করে।

ক্যামফেক্টিং ঘরানার এ আক্রমণ চালানো খুব কঠিন নয় উল্লেখ করে অ্যাড্রিয়ানাস ওয়্যারমেনহোভেন জানান, ফোনের ক্যামেরার নিয়ন্ত্রণ পেতে প্রথমে বিভিন্ন প্রলোভনে ম্যালওয়্যারযুক্ত লিংক বা ই–মেইল পাঠিয়ে থাকে সাইবার অপরাধীরা। লিংকটিতে ক্লিক করলে বা ই–মেইলে থাকা ফাইল খুললেই ক্ষতিকর ম্যালওয়্যারটি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ব্যবহারকারীদের ফোনে ইনস্টল হয়ে যায়। ফলে সাইবার অপরাধীরা দূর থেকেই গোপনে ফোনের ক্যামেরা চালু করে ছবি বা ভিডিও ধারণ করতে পারে। তবে বেশ কিছু সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করে এ ধরনের সাইবার হামলা থেকে নিজেকে নিরাপদ রাখা যায়।

সাইবার নিরাপত্তাবিশেষজ্ঞদের মতে, বেশ কিছু বিষয় ভালোভাবে পর্যবেক্ষেণ করলে ফোনের ক্যামেরা হ্যাকড হয়েছে কি না, তা জানা সম্ভব। ক্যামেরা চালু না করলেও যদি হঠাৎ ফোনের ফ্ল্যাশ লাইট চালু হয় বা লাইট ক্রমাগত জ্বলতে থাকে তবে বুঝতে হবে ফোনের ক্যামেরা অন্য কেউ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করছে। ফোনের ব্যাটারির চার্জ দ্রুত কমে গেলেও এ ধরনের আক্রমণ হয়ে থাকতে পারে। অনেক সময় ব্যবহারকারীদের অজান্তে যদি ফোনে অনেক অ্যাপ ইন্সটল হয়ে যায় তবে সতর্ক থাকতে হবে। এ ছাড়া নিয়মিত ফোন হ্যাং বা ক্রাশ করলে সাইবার হামলার আশঙ্কা রয়েছে।

সাইবার হামলা থেকে নিজেকে নিরাপদে রাখতে অপরিচিত ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের ই–মেইল খোলার বিষয়ে সতর্ক থাকতে হবে। শুধু তাই নয়, অপরিচিত ব্যক্তিদের পাঠানো লিংক বা ফাইলে ক্লিক করার বিষয়ে সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে। পাশাপাশি যন্ত্রে ম্যালওয়্যার শনাক্তকরণ সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করে এ ধরনের আক্রমণ থেকে নিজেকে সুরক্ষিত রাখা যায়।

Pullover with dumbbells: The lower chest, back, and triceps are all effectively targeted in this exercise. Place a dumbbell above your chest with both hands while lying on a flat bench. Return to the starting position after lowering the dumbbell in an arc behind your head until you feel a stretch in your chest. Do three to four sets of 10 to 15 repetitions.

Chest Dips While Leaning Forward: The lower chest is emphasized more in this dip variation. Set up on equal bars as you would for customary plunges, however lean your middle forward at a 30-degree point all through the development.
